Pediment was founded by Adam, who brings two distinct but complementary backgrounds to the business. Almost five years working in audit has instilled a rigorous, process-driven approach — an eye for compliance, detail, and accountability that most letting agents simply don't have. Alongside that, close to five years of personal experience owning and managing HMO properties means he understands, from first-hand experience, exactly what landlords are dealing with and what good management actually looks like in practice.
